4K and 8K on your devices
Each device has a maximum resolution it can output, and the picture can never be sharper than that. Many popular streaming sticks and boxes top out at 4K. To watch 8K you generally need an 8K TV with a built-in app or a player that can decode 8K video, plus a fast, steady connection.
Rule of thumb: your picture is limited by the lowest of four things: the stream, the app, the device and the screen. If any one of them is 4K, you will see 4K.
Before you order, check
- Your device has an up-to-date system and enough free storage for an app
- It can reach an app store, or allows installing apps from a trusted source
- It sits close to the router, or better, on a network cable

Can I watch on more than one device?
You can install the app on several devices. How many can play at the same time depends on your plan, and we confirm that before you pay.
My TV is not listed. Will it work?
Possibly. Send us the brand and model number on WhatsApp and we will tell you which app to try, or whether a cheap streaming stick is the easier route.
Do I need a new device for 8K?
Only if you want true 8K pictures and your current setup does not support them. HD and 4K play on the devices most people already have.
