These terms apply to your use of 8kiptvstreaming.com and to any 8K IPTV Streaming subscription. By ordering or using the service you accept them.
1. What we provide
We supply login details that allow you to stream content through a third-party IPTV player app on your own device. We do not make, sell or support the player apps or the devices themselves.
2. Who can order
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding agreement.
3. Your responsibilities
- Make sure your use of the service is lawful in the country where you are.
- Keep your login private and do not resell or share it beyond what your plan allows.
- Provide a working device and internet connection.
- Do not try to disrupt, copy or reverse-engineer the service.
4. Plans, prices and payment
Plans are sold for a fixed period of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Prices shown on the site are totals for the period; we confirm the amount and payment method on WhatsApp before you pay. Plans do not renew automatically.
5. Picture quality and content
Streams play at the quality their source provides. Most are HD or 4K; 8K is only shown where an 8K source exists and your TV, app and connection support it. Channels, events and on-demand titles can change without notice, and we do not guarantee that any particular item will be available.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but interruptions for maintenance, network problems or reasons outside our control can happen. We are not responsible for problems caused by your internet provider, device or app.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our refund policy.
8. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing logins beyond the plan or attempting misuse.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Trademarks
Device, app and channel names mentioned on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date.
